Before I continue, Today's my 22nd Birthday, Yay!
I have been working in Startups since 2021 and I have worked in Multiple Offices including small ones and WeWork too. Many of us prefer WFO. So It’s really important to have a nice Office Space. The following is what I observed over the past year working in offices. (I will update it once I get more experience)
Proper Ventilation and Lights
Good and Hygienic Water
Tasty and Healthy Lunch
Good Coffee Machine
Good Monitors and Good Desks
Open Office without it being Cramped
Good Room Temperature
Office Discussions without being too noisy or dead silent
Good Coffee and Snacks
Multiple Bathroom Stalls that are Hygienic and stocked with Sufficient Toilet Paper and Bidet
Good Internet Connection
Occasional and Frequent Events/Parties and Community Building through activities
Flexible timings coming to and leaving the office
Less Outside Noise and some green space to walk outside for business meetings and casual strolls.
White Lights instead of Sleep Inducing Warm Color Yellow Lights.
Sufficient Parking Space
